Jul. 31--A Tulsa company that manufactures metal parts and bends tubing for other firms is one of seven area businesses and organizations being honored this week by the Oklahoma Native American Business Development Center.
For 43 years, Bendco Corp. has worked with a diverse range of industries in this country and abroad, keeping afloat during recessions while updating technology and setting customer service standards, said Darrell Smith, Bendco's president and son of founder Darrell Smith Sr.
