Article: NYACE now ACEC New York.(the American Council of Engineering Companies of New York)

The Board of Directors and general membership of the New York Association of Consulting Engineers voted unanimously at its June meeting to change its name to the American Council of Engineering Companies of New York (ACEC New York).

The organization, which has grown steadily since its inception in 1921, now represents more than a third of all consulting engineering firms in the state, from some of the largest companies with worldwide operations to small specialty firms.
