For the third consecutive year, California's cow's milk cheese producers took home more awards than any other state in the cow's milk categories at the annual American Cheese Society (ACS) judging, winning 30 awards including "Best of Show." Specialty, artisan and farmstead cheese producers from 28 states and four countries entered 615 cheeses in the highly competitive judging, held as part of the ACS annual conference, August 1-3 in San Francisco.
