Aug. 4--ENTREPRENEUR MARKETS ISRAELI OLIVE OIL TO S. FLA. JEWISH COMMUNITY: Jay Iaco Shapiro was living in Minneapolis and starting a business selling premium Israeli olive oil, when it became obvious he should move.
The 31-year-old entrepreneur found he needed to be closer to a larger Jewish community, to more gourmet shops and restaurants, and to Israel itself for sales to take off.
