NEW YORK -- Carol DiMaio-Lucas has joined Furla USA as managing director, replacing Danilo Bordini, who left the firm in January.
DiMaio-Lucas, who was most recently vice president of accessories at Cole Haan, oversees wholesale and retail operations for the Italian accessories company. She reports to Sara Ferrero, Furla SpA's general director.
Furla, headquartered in Bologna, has been increasing its presence in the U.S. and around the world in recent years through aggressive store openings and expansion into new product categories.
