MEXICO CITY, Aug 06, 2003 (El Economista/Corporate Mexico by Internet Securities, Inc. via COMTEX) -- The Treasury Secretariat (SHCP) finally recognized the failure of maintaining the Salary Credit Substitutive Tax (ISCAS) as part of the fiscal changes passed by Congress for 2003.
