"Your skin looks great."
Some people would do--or spend--anything to hear those words. It's no surprise that one of the top fund-raising attractions for public television stations across the country last year was an infomercial by the author of "The Wrinkle Cure."
What may be a surprise is that the "cure" turns out to be an untested regimen of diet, expensive supplements, and even more expensive cosmetics (see p. 6).
Is there any food you can eat, supplement you can take, or nutrient-rich lotion you can rub on that will keep your skin from sagging and wrinkling as you age?
