Maggie McGinlay might only have been director of food and drink for Scottish Enterprise for four months, but she already has a vision for the country's food and drinks industry that is inspiring.
While the groundwork was laid some years ago, McGinlay has given young people a special place in what she sees as the challenge of building a great future for her sector of the Scottish economy
