Motives, Selection, and Support: What Management Can Do To Make Sure a Team Fails
One of the more common topics in business and industry circles (articles, presentations, or after-dinner talks) is any success story of a product line that has recovered from a decline, or an organization or operating unit that has been rescued or saved from closing.
