CHICAGO, Aug. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Eighty-five percent of hiring managers in health services plan to hire new employees by the end of the year, as revealed by CareerBuilder.com's "Hiring Trends 2003" survey. These employers are moving quickly to staff departments with 69 percent reporting they are filling open positions in one month or less.
