ROADS in South Wales and South-West England are suffering the fastest-growing congestion problems in the UK, according to lorry firms.
The Freight Transport Association, which conducted a survey of hauliers, says local roads in urban areas are worse than motorways as a cause of delays.
Of the 133 companies which responded to the survey, just one said the UK road network was more reliable this year than last year.
