WASHINGTON: The World Bank has sanctioned two firms involved in a Bank-financed project in Bulgaria.

Both firms, Schlumberger S.A. (formerly known as Schlumberger Industries S.A.) based in Montrouge, France, and its former subsidiary, Ganz Meter Company Ltd., based in Godollo, Hungary, were issued public letters of reprimand.
