Article: Four Injured Filipino Cruise Ship Workers Fight to Stay in United States.

Aug. 13--Four Filipino workers injured in a boiler explosion on the cruise ship Norway are fighting efforts by the company that owns the ship to have them sent back to the Phillipines.

The Department of Homeland Security has declined to renew the workers' visas that allow them to remain in the United States, according to a letter from an attorney for Norwegian Cruise Line to an attorney for one of the workers.

But a federal judge delayed any move to return the workers to the Philippines until she can rule on arguments made by the cruise ship company and the workers.
