IT HASN'T been the greatest month for Herb Kohler, the wealthy owner of the Kohler Co.
On Thursday Wisconsin Attorney General Peg Lautenschlager announced the Justice Department has filed an environmental enforcement lawsuit against Kohler Co. for air pollution violations at its manufacturing facility in Sheboygan County.
