WASHINGTON, Aug. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- The Honorable Linda Lingle, Governor of Hawaii, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the American Legacy Foundation(R), the national, independent public health foundation dedicated to building a world where young people reject tobacco and anyone can quit. Governor Lingle, a Republican, was appointed by the National Governors Association (NGA), which selects two of its members to serve on the 11-member American Legacy Foundation Board.
