2003 AUG 19 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- Advances in transfection using cationic lipids for DNA delivery still have some problems, but use in humans is close.
According to recent research published in the journal Current Medicinal Chemistry, "Among other strategies, the use of cationic lipids as autoassembling vehicles for non-viral DNA transfection has received considerable attention.
