Q. My family has picked the Silver Lake Sand Dunes area in Michigan for a family reunion this fall. We chose this place for several reasons. Some family members have off-road vehicles (ATVs) and want to bring them along. Others like the beach. Some of us are interested in seeing the trees change color.
I understand there's a lighthouse there. Is it open to visitors? Some of the group might want to camp. Is there camping in the area?
