Aug. 19--AIR FORCE ACADEMY--The new superintendent of the Air Force Academy has launched a three-point agenda of his own to move the academy away from a sexual assault scandal.
Lt. Gen. John Rosa, who started his sixth week at the academy on Monday, says he plans in the next six to 12 months to build trust in the academy internally and externally; make the academy more like the regular Air Force; and build a system to assess the climate at the school.
