ALTOONA, Pa., Aug. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Pennsylvania Governor Edward G. Rendell traveled to Altoona today to present a check for $1.6 million in capital funds for the renovation and development of the Altoona Railroaders Memorial Museum.
