TURNIPS were once the preserve of a certain England football manager but now even Michael Vaughan lives in fear of the greengrocer.
As Vaughan plotted his first Test win as captain 72 hours ago, he was fretting that the fruit 'n' veg barrow boys might be lying in wait if the result went the other way.
