ATLANTA, Aug. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The NBA season may be ten weeks away, but Sprite and Powerade have already scored a slam dunk with the announcement today that they will be teaming up with the NBA's hottest rookie phenom, LeBron James.
"LeBron James has brought more excitement and anticipation to the game of basketball than any player in recent history, and we think he's just getting started," said Jeff Dunn, president, Coca-Cola North America.
Terms of the six-year agreement were not disclosed. The agreement will include extensive marketing activities for both brands, including advertising, promotions, appearances and other initiatives.
