Aug. 21--After determining that 1,320 acres of land near Pittsburgh International Airport are suitable for development, the Allegheny County Airport Authority now plans to take a closer look and decide which parcels should be developed first.
With the help of IDC Architects, the authority is hoping to identify those that can be developed the most ...uickly and cost effectively.
"Right now, I see light industrial and warehousing as potential bright spots in the market," said Randy Forister, the authority's economic development director.
