Fitch Ratings assigns an underlying 'A+' rating to the School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida's (the district) approximately $72.5 million certificates of participation (School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida Master Lease Program), series 2003B. The certificates, expected to be insured, are scheduled to price on August 26 through a syndicate led by UBS Financial Services and Citigroup. Fitch also affirms the 'A+' underlying rating on the approximately $621 million outstanding certificates under the master lease program. The Rating Outlook is Stable.
