OCEANFRONT - Pancho Villa, the controversial leader of the Mexican Revolution, is the inspiration for a new restaurant on Laskin Road.
Pancho Villa's of New York is the latest in a line of restaurants of the same name dating to 1965.
At 78th Street and Second Avenue in Manhattan, Martiniano "Martin" Chapa was recruited into the business by his brother, who managed the original Pancho Villa's there.
Martin Chapa, a Vietnam veteran and Texas native, operates the Beach eatery with his children and son-in-law's family.
