Climax Metals signs $7 million long-term lease on Norwalk site
NORWALK - A Greenwhich-based international metals company will relocate its headquarters to the Merritt 7 Corporate Park in June.
Climax Metals Co. will move to 101 Merritt Corporate Park in Norwalk, leasing 29,000 square feet of office space. The lease was signed a week ago.
"This is a major relocation for our company," said Frank Miller, director of human resources. "We reviewed a number of buildings in our target area and found very little space to compete with the amenities and service offered at the Merritt 7 Corporate Park."
