MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 25, 2003

Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE:ROK) announced today that Michael A. Bless, senior vice president and chief financial officer, has decided to leave Rockwell Automation. He will remain with the company until after a new chief financial officer is appointed and after a period during which he and the new CFO work together to effect an orderly transition.
