TowerGroup here and Frank Eve Consulting Limited, London, are in the process of launching the "Mortgage Lenders' Intermediary Websites Benchmark Study," the second annual study of how U.K. mortgage lenders use Internet technology to automate the intermediary lending channel.
The survey was mailed to wholesale lenders in the United Kingdom and is due to be completed in September.
The study will analyze how lenders and intermediaries use Internet technology to speed-up the lending process for consumers. It will also compare U.K. wholesale lending best practices with wholesale mortgage lending in the United States.
