CIRCLING over Barbados before landing, you can see at once it's hardly a massive place. And after you've been on the island for a few days, it feels as if everyone here must know everybody else.
Actually, with a population of about a quarter of a million, in terms of numbers it's slightly bigger than Southampton. But if Barbadians aren't all on nodding acquaintance, there seems to be one man they all know very well: Elvin Sealy.
