The Southeastern District looks awfully strong, and the Beach District appears to be a bit down.
That's the word around the Eastern Region.
In the Beach District, after upstart Landstown, it appears to be guesswork as to which team might finish second among a seemingly mediocre muddle of rebuilding squads.
In the Eastern District, look for a typically wide-open race, with Lake Taylor again looking like the preseason favorite.
Over on the Peninsula, the usual suspects, Phoebus and Hampton, figure to fight it out at the top. But watch out for Kecoughtan.
