SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Saint Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco has been named Official Healthcare Provider by the ORACLE BMW Racing team for the upcoming Moet Cup Match Race, a challenge race between International America's Cup yachting teams ORACLE BMW Racing and Swiss syndicate Alinghi.
Saint Francis is the first designated Official Healthcare Provider for an America's Cup team. In addition, the presence of physicians on the water during the Moet Cup Match Race marks the first time that medical care will be available during an America's Cup challenge race.
