Shanghai. August 26. INTERFAX-CHINA - The Henan Province-based city of Luoyang, in central China, is to accelerate its construction of four large industrial bases, including a modern processing base, a thermal power base, an aluminum industrial base and a petrochemical industrial base, according to information Interfax received from the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association (CNIA).
