ATLANTA, Aug. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Wells Real Estate Funds has hired Joe Oglesby to be Director of Acquisitions - Government and Universities. In his new role, Oglesby will be recommending and implementing acquisition and sale/leaseback strategies for government- and university-owned and occupied properties across the country.
Oglesby has nearly 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate field. Prior to joining Wells, he was a senior vice president of development at Orix Real Estate Equities. Oglesby also served in senior real estate positions with Jones Lang LaSalle, Compass Management and Leasing, Faison, and Portman Properties.
