HARRISBURG, Pa., Aug. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- On behalf of Governor Edward G. Rendell, State Police Commissioner Jeffrey B. Miller and Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency Chairman Jim Eisenhower today announced the creation of the Pennsylvania Criminal Intelligence Center (PaCIC) within State Police, a key component in the Department's efforts to improve the way information is collected and shared by the law enforcement community in Pennsylvania.
