President Bush is headed to downtown St. Paul today, the latest stop in his quest to raise money for his reelection campaign next year.
Shortly after noon, Bush is scheduled to speak at a $2,000-a-head fundraiser at RiverCentre in downtown St. Paul. The visit, which will be Bush's seventh to Minnesota as president, is strictly a fundraiser, with no official component.
