A quadruple Tony-winning set designer. An Oscar recipient. Opera and ballet credits. An Emmy for a TV production. Some for scenic creations, some for costumes. An illustrator of a series of children's books.
It's a huge understatement to say that Tony Walton has done it all with distinction as well as honors. Kick off the long list with Tonys for "Pippin," "Guys and
Dolls," "House of Blue Leaves," and "Sunday in the Park With George." The Emmy for "Death of a Salesman."
Walton shared an Academy Award for "All That Jazz," during a period in which he was the favorite designer of ...
