GARLAND, Texas, Aug. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- The City of Garland today announced the introduction of SafeLight Garland, a major traffic safety program to save lives and significantly reduce collisions and related costs, beginning today. This photo enforcement program, the first of its kind in the state of Texas, will go after the growing problem of red-light running, a major state and national issue.
