PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The local AROMATICS THAILAND PCL (ATC) is currently gearing-up to invest $180,000,000 during the next couple of years in a bid to further diversify its upstream production. In so doing, ATC is planning to build 2 downstream petrochemical plants. According to Paibulya Punyavutti, ATC Managing Director, the planned expansion is scheduled to begin later in 2003 after the company completes the upgrade of one of its separate upstream petrochemical plants.
