Aug. 31--PHNOM PENH, Cambodia--Economic ministers from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) are to restate their desire next week for developing countries' needs and concerns to be fully taken into account when pushing for global market-opening negotiations, a draft of their joint statement showed Sunday.
