NEW DELHI, Sept 2 Asia Pulse - Global business process and IT services company Xansa has set up an offshore business process outsourcing operation for UK utility company, Thames Water.
This is world's first offshore outsourcing of an end-to-end back office process by a utility, a company statement said here.
