Coventry Health Care, Inc. (NYSE:CVH) announced today that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Altius Health Plans, Inc. (Altius). Altius has approximately 160,000 members consisting of 116,000 commercial risk and 44,000 commercial non-risk members with annual revenues of approximately $235 million.
