Korea Thrunet has announced that bids by Internet access provider Hanaro and telecommunications company Dacom for the company were too low. Korea Thrunet filed for court receivership in March 2003 because of its heavy debts. The telco said that it would resubmit a restructuring plan to the court and will devise another plan based on merger or acquisition.
