The Arroyo government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), both working to resume stalled formal peace talks, will convene two meetings today and tomorrow in Cotabato City and in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to further boost chances for ending the decades-old internecine separatist Moro rebellion in Mindanao.
