IT'S not often that Warren Buffett, gets upstaged. Then again, it s not often that he s on the same stage as an economic advisor to Arnold Schwarzenegger.
There you had the typically rumpled Buffett, just named by Fortune magazine as "the most powerful businessperson in America," getting razzed by the would-be governor about daring to suggest to The Wall Street Journal that Proposition 13 might need a little free-tuning.
