2003 SEP 12 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- Contact dermatitis of many kinds can occur in the workplace, hands are most often affected.
According to recent research published in the journal International Archives of Occupational and Environmental Health, "Occupational irritant contact dermatitis (Icd), a nonimmunological cutaneous inflammatory response to a workplace substance, comprises a major portion of occupational dermatoses in industrialized societies, resulting in considerable social and economic implications.
