The Hahn Loeser & Parks law firm will move by Oct. 1 to three floors of the BP America Inc. headquarters building on Public Square.
The lease for 96,000 square feet, signed by Hahn Loeser last Thursday, is the largest for new office space in downtown in two years. The move will allow the law firm, which now occupies 45,000 square feet, to more than double the size of its offices.
Hahn Loeser is anticipating its star to rise, as three attorneys affiliated with the firm recently have ascended to prominent positions in state government.
