TORONTO _ You got the feeling watching the Detroit Tigers on Sunday that they knew their two best chances to win a game in this series had slipped away.
Friday, left-hander Mike Maroth gave back five early runs by his offense in an 8-6 loss; Saturday, the Tigers couldn't take advantage of nine scoreless innings by right-hander Nate Cornejo and lost, 1-0, in 10 innings.
On Sunday, they resembled a team looking for the quickest way out of town.
The Blue Jays took the lead on former Tiger Frank Catalanotto's first-inning leadoff home run off Chris Mears (0-2) and finished a three-game SkyDome sweep with an 8-0 victory. ...
