Chukchansi Economic Development Authority and Cascade Entertainment Group, LLC reported today on the construction progress of the Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino. As of August 31, the entire facility was open to the public. During the month of August, the remaining restaurants opened to the public including Deuces Diner, the 1950's-themed 24-hour restaurant, Goldfields, the casual restaurant and Vintage, the steakhouse.
