GRAND BAHAMA ISLAND, Bahamas, Sept. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- It is now convenient and comfortable for travelers from the Atlanta area to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy paradise on Grand Bahama Island. Starting October 15, 2003, Delta Connection will offer customers two daily, non-stop flights between Grand Bahama Island and Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport. Delta Connection carrier Atlantic Southeast Airlines will operate the new service.
The 40-passenger Bombardier CRJ200 will carry travelers in a two-by-two seating arrangement. The new flights will depart Atlanta at 9:50 a.m. and again at 2:25 p.m., arriving in Freeport at 11:40 a.m. and ...
