Sep. 7--From the highest point on Flying Horse Ranch, the sea of homes and office buildings spreading north from Colorado Springs looks like a massive, cresting wave of concrete, stucco and roof tile.
That wave soon might break on -- and spread over -- Flying Horse's rolling hills of grass and sage, lapping up against the southern edge of Black Forest.
