Fitch Ratings assigns an underlying 'AAA' rating to $20 million Board of Education of Jordan School District's, Salt Lake County, Utah, general obligation school building bonds (Utah School Bond Guaranty Program), series 2003A.
The bonds also are assigned a 'AAA' rating based on the guaranty provided by the Utah School Bond Default Avoidance Program. In addition, Fitch upgrades the district's approximately $184.9 million of outstanding general obligation debt to 'AAA' from 'AA+'. The Rating Outlook on all bonds is Stable.
